Next RIASA Showcase Game arranged for January.

RIASA have confirmed showcase game against Brentford FC Academy

Brentford Academy http://www.brentfordfc.co.uk/news/academy_news/ is currently ranked as a Category 2 Academy meaning it’s among the top Academies in England.

We believe that this game against Brentford will challenge our best academy players, as they come up against one of the most promising football academies in England.

Brentford FC, is the most local professional club to Richmond University’s London campus, so we hope to combine the trip to London with a visit to Richmond University’s main campus, http://www.richmond.ac.uk in Richmond London,

IASA Ladies, will cross the North Sea next month to take part in a Soccer tournament in Norway at
Kvinesdal IL.
Kvinesdal IL boasts one of the strongest female presences and involvement within Ladies Norweiigian football, so it should prove to be a good challenge for the ladies in an ideal location for this event.

Other Ladies teams from Scandinavia will be invited over to compete against IASA Ladies, and Kvinesdal to create the fixtures for the day.

This should serve as a fantastic opportunity for the females, as playing football in Scandinavia could serve as a good route into professional football opportunities once the ladies have completed their Masters Degrees.

IASA and RIASA Students will be travelling over to Florida next week for the IASA Euro-Pro Soccer Combine

With scouts being invited over from different regions in Europe, this event will create exposition for both IASA and RIASA students, looking for soccer opportunities once they graduate.

Scouts have confirmed that they will be looking for players, potentially to be involved in teams next season, so it will be soely down to the athletes to perform to their best.

Watch this space for any future signing success.
