“Experience RIASA” Events successful from coast to coast

The Experience RIASA events have once again proved to be successful this past year. The recruitment events started last March in Orlando, FL through the summer in Seattle WA, Bristol, RI, St Louis MO and concluding in Phoenix AZ. Over 130 students have participated in these events from coast to coast. Students from over 40 states have travelled to the experience RIASA events as well as some students from the Caribbean region.

RIASA continues to grow as seen by its attendance at the Experience RIASA events.

It is proving to be a valuable attraction to students seeking an accredited American degree in England for a variety of reasons. The safety net of the transferability of credits, which other international programs cannot match, the value of the total program for its development, exposure and opportunity and its highly qualified staff are proving attractive.

This coming year will see the program reach its capacity with respect to teams it will field.

The 2017 Experience RIASA events will kick off at the IMG facility January 1st to 3rd, where it is a sell out.  RIASA will come back to IMG in March and then will have two events in Columbus, Ohio before concluding with an event out West in late Dec 2017.

John Roeslein, the undergraduate recruitment manger will be traveling to several key college showcase events this coming year – he has attended the 2016 Disney Showcase in Orlando this past week. Plans are underway to attend the Dallas Cup and some mid Western showcase events. Coach Roeslein will also conduct the first RIASA “invitation only” event in St Louis in February – where 16 of the top players from around the country will be invited to attend a weekend of training and evaluation by RIASA staff. Coach Roeslein already has 14 committed players to attend from across the USA. The prospects will play against the St Louis USL organization.
